I look at Real Estate from a different perspective.

My Approach to Real Estate

Data Leads the Way

The market is best understood through data, not gut feeling. I utilize data and put it in proper context so that clients can understand the most current market conditions.

Process Over Product

Buying or selling a home can be boiled down to a series of very important decisions. I help clients through decision making processes that help them make considered choices that lead to oustanding results.

Creating Confident Clients

Real Estate is full of partial information, and people make their best decisions when they are informed. I make it my mission to get as much information in my clients hands, and help them make meaning of that information, so that they can feel as confident as possible making such big decisions.

Hi! It’s nice to meet you!

My first love is education; with 7+ years teaching in middle schools, my classroom was my Happy Place for a long time. My Sad Place, however, was listening to teachers I worked with lament that they’d never be able to afford a home in Denver. When my partner and I bought our first house, I discovered an unexpected passion: Real Estate. I genuinely enjoy the process of buying and selling houses. I became a Real Estate agent to work with Buyers who are overwhelmed by the home buying process and concerned that the Denver housing market doesn’t have a place for them, and those Sellers that need help sorting through their paths forward as their housing needs to evolve to meet their changing lives.

Through every part of the process – from years out before you start your formal search, to years after you’ve bought your house and you need the number of a good plumber ASAP – I want to help make Denver a place where everyone can find a place they feel at home.

I hold a B.A. from Boston University and a Masters in Effective Teaching from the Sopsato Graduate School of Education. I live in the Berkeley Neighborhood of Denver with my statistical-outlier partner, Brady, our impressively energetic young sons, and a black cat who tolerates our affection. When my brain isn’t obsessing over Real Estate or the state of public education, I’m an avid cross country skier, no-longer-competitive Ultimate Frisbee player, and a decidedly over-ambitious Home Depot regular. I’m also that Dad who genuinely thinks he looks cool biking his kids around on the back of a cargo bike.
