99% of all home listings in Denver originate from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Other companies pull data (home listings) from the MLS, and put them up on their own website - whether that be Zillow, Redfin, Homes.com, or Competiting Real Estate Agent's own website.
Why do websites like Zillow, homes.com, or Competiting Real Estate Agent pull the home listing and put it on their own website? Because those companies want you searching on their website so they can get your data. They want you to use their portal to the MLS, so they can see what you're looking at, and glean that information to try to get you to buy a house through them.
I don't want your data; I want your trust. If you want access to an MLS search portal, let me know! But let's be real, you're probably already looking on zillow anyways.
